Essential Energies

There are times when you will wish to take (ingest) more than one of the essences or elixirs at the same time. Naturally it becomes easier to mix up a combination of the required essences and/or elixirs in the following manner at such times.

Please make up in the following manner:

1.    Obtain a 25ml amber bottle from the chemist

2.    Fill ¼ of bottle with brandy

3.    Fill ¾ of bottle with bottled spring water.

4.    Add 3 drops from each Essence of the Goddess concentrate (stock) bottle you wish to include in your personal blend as prepared above in steps 1,2 & 3.

5.    Add 4 drops from each Akhbaka concentrate bottle (stock) you wish to include in your personal blend bottle as prepared above in steps 1,2 & 3.

6.    Add 5 drops from each Elemental Elixir concentrate (stock) bottle you wish to include in your personal blend bottle as prepared in steps 1,2 & 3.

        (to avoid discomfort, use only 4 dfferent Elemental Elixirs in a given blend at any one time).

7.    If you are;
Female take 3 drops 4 times per day from this prepared blend till bottle is finished.
Male, take four drops 3 times per day from this prepared blend till bottle is finished.                                          

8.    If you are using Starchildren essences then you simply put 7 drops from the concentrate bottle into a glass of water and drink this once per day.

9.    Please note these essences and elixirs require no use by date, because their energy programme is stored in the brandy which itself has no use by date.

10.  Sometimes little bits of sediment from the brandy can be seen in your bottles and they are of no concern.

11.  Sometimes people find that their essences, straight from their blend bottle is too strong, so another option is to once you have prepared your blend bottle, is to add 3drops-4drops from this blend into a large glass of water or a water bottle and sip from it at least 3-4 times that day and no more than once per hour.

N.B If your blend only contains Goddess: take 3 drops 3 times per day (regardless of your gender).

      If your blend only contains Akhbaka: take 4 drops 4 times per day (regardless of your gender).

      If your blend only contains Elementals: take 5 drops 3 times per day (regardless of your gender)
