Essential Energies

    1. Essences/Elixirs will be shipped within 48 hours of payement.

2. All customs, taxes and duty costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Broken/ damaged goods will genarally be replaced at no charge as long as a photo of damages is sent by email within 48h of receipt of goods.

note; breakages are extremely rare, at less than 0.1%

4. All orders placed during holiday period, between January 1st - 24th, will not be sent out until 28th January.

5. Choose crefully, as no refunds will be made to customers who change their mind.

6. Please allow up to 1 week for delivery within Australia / New Zealand and 2-3 weeks max for all other countries.
